Yadayada, basic introduction post (active june'26)
first and foremost I am actively relapsing rn (I’m practicing damage control but there is not healthy way to go about this)
Content warning for my blog: I’m not diagnosed, but I struggle with disordered thoughts around food, so in case that triggers you I’m asking you to please block me instead of reporting my safe space where I can express my emotions and talk openly about my problem.
Its not my aim at all to encourage or promote any of the disordered behaviours that i might vent about. I can't emphasise this enough: please turn back while you still can if you're reading this!
I am also strictly against fatphobia! Your personal struggles do not justify bullying others!!
Please keep in mind that I am much more than my mental health issues! I have passions and interests outside of this as well
