It has taken me this long to realize that Nui's name comes from Stufful's Japanese name Nuikoguma (unless I'm stretching it and it was a coincidence)

Honest to god it was a coincidence at first! I didn’t know stuffuls jp name started with Nui. Lycanroc’s jp name is lugarugan which sounds like Luka lol but thats stretching it. I kinda kept the trend going with Tai and Ren though, that was on purpose.
