It was 2 am and he was calling Vash, which might not have been a bright idea, but he wasn't in the right state of mind anyway, "Pick up... I can't sleep..." he whined.
Vash sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose. He was sitting at his desk, doing some paperwork for the flower shop by lamplight, hardly stopping in his writing when he reached over with his opposite hand to pick up the phone without looking at the caller ID.
“What?”
[NYOOM]
The sunlight filtered in softly through the curtains, pouring onto the tousled white bedsheets. Vash slept on his tummy, his arms folded underneath his pillow, his hair an absolute mess. There were fluffy blonde strands flipping this way and that, every direction as a result of the escapade from last night; in fact, when he’d woken up, he wasn’t even sure what had happened until it all registered. And- oh, he still wasn’t wearing a shirt. He should take care of that.
Well.. maybe later. For now, he arched his back and yawned, flopping back into his pillow. Well, this was the first time in years he’d slept in past 6 AM.
