Another one in which Vox isn’t actually the stupidest person - the BBC, apparently unsatisfied with the number of homegrown fascist lunatics, decides to go looking elsewhere for them and interviews Vox.
Vox Day starts a Wikipedia competitor.
(If you do not realize why this in and of itself makes the blog, familiarize yourself with the vast history of failed Wikipedia competitors. For added fun, check out their project roadmap and play “at what point will this all go hilariously wrong.”)
Vox declares that Castalia House’s latest release (a self-help book that, from the released excerpt, seems to be about the beneficial effects of child abuse) is topping its category, providing a screenshot in which it is visibly not topping its category.
Vox declares Trump ahead in Florida early voting twenty-eight days before early voting opens in Florida.
A rare post in which Vox is not the stupidest thing. Twitter has banned outbound links to Vox’s site, creating the frankly bewildering state of affairs whereby they won’t allow links to his content, BUT HE STILL HAS A FUCKING TWITTER ACCOUNT HE CAN POST ON.
An anesthesiologist, who is not who you would go to in order to get a diagnosis of Parkinson’s Disease, says that Hillary Clinton has Parkinson’s Disease. This is therefore obviously true.
Vox says that Castalia House is “selling more books than any but the very biggest authors in science fiction.”
Castalia House is not selling more books than John Scalzi.
Conclusion: Vox Day does not understand syllogisms.
Vox Day thinks that a four-panel comic in a 2x2 grid needs numbered panels for clarity, as opposed to a third panel image where you can actually tell what the fuck you’re looking at.
Vox boasts about how Castalia House is going to crush Tor Books, accusing Charles Stross of writing “vaporware” and citing a book scheduled for January 2017 compared to Castalia House’s recent western Brings the Lightning, which is apparently a better value for money too.
Stross actually had a book out less than a week ago. Its sales rank is 2126, versus Brings the Lightning’s 45,906. Also its hardcover is both cheaper and longer than Brings the Lightning’s.
Vox also taunts Scalzi, predictably. Scalzi’s most recent book’s sales rank is currently 6639.
These also comfortably beat both SJWs Always Lie and Cuckservative, incidentally.
Vox asserts that women ruined science fiction by pushing writers like Borges and Ballard.
Vox continues his steady abandonment of the “pretend not to be an antisemite” strategy by embracing (((echo))) notation.
Vox Day and Louise Mensch debate memes used by alt-right- and US attitudes to the Holocaust
Getting outsmarted by Louise Mensch was, prior to this interview with Vox, a phenomenon unobserved in nature.
One wonders how old Vox’s screenshot here is, given that at the time of posting John Scalzi is comfortably at 45th while Vox doesn’t actually make the top 100.
http://www.amazon.com/author-rank/Science-Fiction/books/16272/ is the link if you want to check.
Talking about the prevalence of women in distance running, Vox points to the graph above and claims “male participation begins to decline once women take over, because women like to participate in male activities.” The graph actually shows male participation growing faster right after women become the majority of runners, with the decline happening for both groups at the same time, clearly indicating a general decline in the sport.
Vox proclaims that war is desirable because peace produced “If You Were a Dinosaur My Love.”
Vegans are the real SJWs.
The idea of beefing up the role of female characters in Watership Down is so horrifying that it requires that SJWs be driven out of every institution ever.
