So, it was shrimp with pasta in red sauce, from the refrigerator and pantry.
I started with shrimp from @giant I peeled the and seasoned them with some of my homemade lemon, parsley and basil salt.
While the Mafaldine pasta from @pasta_granoro that I got at @russo_foodnmarket (thank you @vitorussodesign for helping mom and I out) cooked, I made a quick stock out of pan-roasted shrimp shells, extra dry vermouth from @martini and vegetable stock from, also @giant.
In the same pan I cooked the shrimp with @getgraza olive oil and butter, the roasted the shrimp shells, I added anchovie filets with their oil from @lidlus. In the same pan I sweated white onions and garlic. Next, I threw in julineed red peppers and halved cherry tomatoes and Calabrian (agsin from @vitorussodesign) and Kalatama olives. Next a small can of @huntstomatoes tomato sauce with more vermouth and more vegetable stock. Once that was cooked down I added pasta water and the pasta.
I plated this and topped it with lemon zest and fresh cracked black pepper.
Hopefully, next to mom asked for this I can duplicate it!
