THE CRYSTAL BALL

                    A guide for gazing into the past and future

For centuries, even millenia, the crystal ball has been used by purported witches as well as wise women. It is not considered a sinister magical implement, because it serves only to increase the fortuneteller's ability to concentrate and helps with visualization.

Those who are so gifted and can see the past with the future with the help of the crystal ball (or other transparent surface) follow a certain procedure.The environment must be calm, one in which they will not be disturbed; a room that is nearly dark is ideal, with moonlight or a candle for illumination. The mind must be fully focused on a person or a question. With various magical hand movements they transfer the energy into the orb and finally look into it with as much as concentration as possible. After sometime multicolored clouds appear in the ball or between the ball and the viewer.

Teamwork: Resolving To Build A More Efficient Team By__ Reevona

Ring in the new year at work today by resolving to enhance your teamwork with some ground rules. These guidelines will help establish the open, productive environment that's the foundation of team effectiveness and will help ensure a satisfying experience. Here are some ideas for your team's New Year resolutions: Participate. Start and end meetings on time. Minimize distractions. Ask everyone for ideas. Consider all suggestions. Speak first to understand, then to be understood.

To reach agreement on your team's resolutions, read through this suggested list and ask whether any would enhance your team's work. If someone cannot agree, ask, "What is it that you cannot agree to?" If possible, incorporate the concern into the resolution.

Combine similar ideas into a final, agreed-upon list. Make sure you agree on the entire list as well as a commitment to follow the ground rules.

You now have your team's New Year resolutions, or ground rules to effective teamwork.

Remember to discuss how to enforce the rules. It may be enough to read the list at the start of each meeting, or you may want team members to provide one another with a "constructive reminder." Some teams use a "penalty pot," to which each team member contributes a penny, nickel or quarter for each violation. At the end of the year or project, the team decides what to do with the money.

Abuse in Childhood common among Alcohol Addicts..! By__ Reevona

Abuse in childhood appears to be a particularly strong risk factor for developing alcohol addiction later in life, researchers reported Thursday. Alcohol dependence is linked to many risk factors -- including genetics, drinking in adolescence and having other mental health disorders. A history of physical, sexual or emotional abuse in childhood is known to be another risk factor. The new study, however, shows how strong this link could be. Researchers at the National Institute on Drug Abuse surveyed 196 men and women who were inpatients being treated for alcohol dependence.

World Leaders An Epiphany

Ladies and Gentlemen these are the people running your country, the most powerful and influential people, Our World Leaders. What i don't see is, what is so wrong in clicking a selfie?absolutely nothing, but if its at a Funeral, then that is very wrong. On December 10th 2013 President of USA, Danish PM and British PM were spotted chatting smiling and clicking photos during Nelson Mandela's service memorial at Johannesburg,thus, creating an international incident. Not even a stranger at a funeral will be tempted to do something like this and we look upto these very people, what an example they are setting, atleast respect the man if not the place you are at, for the fact that without this man's struggle for human rights Obama would never even be considered as a Presidential candidate due to his colour.

Nelson Mandela was one man who fought against racism and gained immense respect for his stance and actions because of his part contributions, today an African American is the U.S president, but is this man worth it. The respect that Obama earned during his first presidential elections is slowly seeping out due to his actions, this is not the first time he has acted irresponsibly. Do we want such people as our leaders the same with David Cameron and Helle Thorning-Schmidt, their actions speak louder than the words they throw around during their election speeches, to change even a fraction of people they should try and change themselves first.

Why travel too far Indian leaders are none the better, with the growing crime rate especially rape Indians were hoping for strict rules but instead politicians of our country turned around and slapped us with statements that hurt sentiments of the entire nation.

If this is how the men leading our country think how can we expect the common man to not, it is a sad and infuriating state of affairs, the fact that the women who go through such cases are begin shunned and tagged, where do they look to for security and safety? Senseless, orthodox and lowlives are what these politicians are, instead of giving us a voice they shut us up, instead of spending on our welfare, they rob us of our hard earned money. 

These are the people ruling us, this is the level of stupidity among our leaders, this is the reason why every politician and leader is tagged, there is practically no hope for this generation, we have been instilled with the values these so called World Leader impart us with, what is to happen to a world where morals, values, honesty and sincerity are not rewarded but greed, corruption,idiocracy and indifference is sitting on a throne with a sceptre and a crown. Amen and S.O.S.
