If y'all want to know who minho is named after quit searching. James Dashner himself said he did in purpose because he wanted a few characters to not be named after anyone. One of his reasons for doing this is because the Maze Runner is set in the future cause he wanted named of people we don't know yet. So that's the story behind minho not being named after anyone.
