The thing about revisiting your comic that’s been on hiatus for five years is that you get part-way through writing a chapter only to realize you didn’t finish creating your currency system.
Oh my god i saw your update post and got hit with Nostalgia. It's so wild to see an update just in general! Like 11 years ago back in high-school I started following you and you were one of the stories that kept me inspired to keep creating art and work on stories of my own.

Life has a way of throwing up speed bumps (good, bad, and otherwise) but behind-the-scenes I’m always itching to return to these characters and this story. I am so happy if it could inspire you even just a little bit!

Hello! Thanks for asking—I actually was working on some writing for The Substitutes just earlier this week, so it’s not abandoned! I’m still working on it when I can, in between projects.
But unfortunately because of a number of graphic novel projects I’m working on, it’s still on hiatus for the foreseeable future.
I’ll be sure to announce it here (and on other socials) if that changes, though!
Took a brief break from comic work to draw some self-indulgent spice from my *other* comic.
Someday I’ll have time to work on it again, but until then, have a Knight in some lingerie.
