Beyond offering me an opening premise, I see Suburbia is a useful precedent for the project in it’s often unflattering depiction of these reprehensible attitudes while also genuinely conveying why the subculture could be so comforting to these lost kids in the first place

Who’s your favorite Suburbia character
I'm not sure why I didn't see this right away. But thanks for asking! I think I have always resonated with Sheila's character. Also I really liked Joe when I was first watching the movie when I was young. As I'm older I don't really feel the same way about him lol. This blog is run by a queer transmasc for reference haha.
I think it's hard for me to pick one character that I like more than all the others because everyone is sort of bonded together and above all, I really like the community of people coming together that have nowhere else to go.
