Last year we decided to take the next step in our career. It was time for our debut album. Read ‘debut’ as we had no clue what we were getting ourselves into... After we announced this album at Qlimax, there was no way back. Two tracks were finished at that moment and 8 left to be made. It was a fun, but also sometimes a very tough ride. Don’t get us wrong, we are not complaining as we feel blessed everyday, but ofcourse such a project isn't without some stressful times. Mainly our busy touring schedule in between the studio hours made it harder than we anticipated. Never before have we challenged ourselves into making such an amount of tracks in a certain period of time. We even moved our beds into the studio. The first night we slept there, we thought we were joking, but we ended up spending uncountable nights in this one room, working on new music. Luckily the gigs forced us to see the ‘daylight’. It was an interesting ride with the outcome that we aimed for. Contagion is and will always be our debut album. We are very proud of the tracks and how the entire album came together. Most importantly, we are blown away by the support from our fans. We actually sold out the hard copies on the day before the official release (re-stocked soon). That’s insane! Today we took some time to read the first comments and it made us realize what we did this for. Thanks everyone, for sharing your kind words, it means more than anything to us. We can’t wait to play our tracks live somewhere near you! As for now; ‘CONTAGION’ is out on all portals. Enjoy and let us know what you think! ☣️
