No matter how progressive or well-read you are, there are always going to be moments in your life where somebody pushes back against something that's so culturally ingrained you never even considered it before. And you'll say "Huh, it never occurred to me to challenge this but you're right" and that doesn't mean you were "morally toxic" before, it means you're a non-omniscient human capable of growth.

crazy how the karjenners changed the female form from head to toe just like that. a complete and utter overhaul of what society decided they wanted women to look like. even crazier that they themselves can’t live up to their own beauty standards. that’s like being top of the class but still unable to ace an exam. I think that’s literally the definition of unattainable beauty standard. y’all say that being skinny or fit or whatever is an unattainable beauty standard (when it’s really not considering that it is very clearly attainable) but the photoshopped slim thick with a giant dump truck of an ass and slim thighs and minuscule waist and no facial fat or arm fat or leg fat and giant tiddies and big almond eyes and full lips and racially ambiguous tan skin and and and and and and and and like hello??? If you have to pay $20k to look...somewhat...like that and then train yourself to be a facetune master to finish the look off...ma’am that’s what a true unattainable beauty standard is. anyway the karjenners are sick and I want to see a new look come through bc it’s been how many years now?? idk but it’s getting old it’s getting tired it’s played out it’s ran though and it’s boring. unoriginal. uninspired. textbook. welcome to the new land of basic.
I’m glad you said it so I didn’t have to. The situation with Khloe’s photo a month or so ago just proves this. They themselves don’t even look like that and the fact that people who spend thousands of dollars to look like that still have to photoshop? It’s a scam through and through. And what’s crazy is that only looks good (I use this loosely) online. It looks ridiculous in real life and I hate that so many girls are being conned into risking their lives for BBLs and drastic fat transfers just to achieve a look that is not achievable
riggghtt like imagine spending all of that time and money and don’t forget the health risks!! just to only look “right” in photos -_-. The skin tight stretchy clothes, bundles down your thighs, uncanny body shapes, it’s not suitable for the naked eye. It only “works” in photos and even then, they must be retouched to hell and back. couldn’t be me. when we look back on this in the future, what a facepalm that will be.
and get this: society changes “looks” roughly every 15-20 years or so. The fit and toned glamazon models of the 70s and 80s got replaced by the tiny little twigs of the 90’s and 2000’s. Then the whiplash of going from as thin as possible to as thick as possible in the 2010’s WILL be replaced by a new look sooner than we realize. I hope everyone who has gotten permanent look altering surgeries are pleased with what they got. Bc they will be stuck with it forever. And who knows what the next standard will be. I doubt they’ll be able to squeeze all that silicon into it.
