the commemoration of hyyh's 10 year anniversary has begun
for armys who know, bts and big hit themselves have confirmed that there will be something special happening to commemorate the 10 year anniversary of the most beautiful moment in life/hwayangyeonhwa era.
no signs have been appearing, until the presence of two particular instagram accounts, bomnalbookstore (has no posts, but the bio is an address that if you search up shows the beach from the hyyh era; also i'm unsure when this account was made) and s07_220502 (this one has 9 posts all pertaining to hyyh; its bio says the iconic line "youth never comes back").
while the first account's username has an obvious reference, the second account had me scratching my head a little. the part after the underscore clearly looked like a date, but what kind? we're in 2025 and 2022 is clearly past us already.
then, i realized: 22 doesn't mean our 2022, it's year 22.
avid followers of the hyyh lore recall the notes, which detail events happening in the bangtan universe and all its timeloop glory. the way dates are formatted are the date and the month, then a two–digit year (which i believe is theorized to be seokjin's age in the lore, although feel free to correct me if i'm wrong). for example, the iconic april 11 is formatted as "11 april year 22".
how does this apply then to s07_220502? the "s" in the first part most likely means "smeraldo" because this is the staple flower in the bangtan universe, the "07" because this refers to bts being 7, and the "220502" because this very likely means 2 may year 22.
of course, i had to search up the events that occurred on this date.

now i'm not very good at predicting at this sort of thing, but if i were to speculate, i think they would (hope they would? hopium,,,,) go back to the style of classic hyyh and start making short films or lore–filled music videos once again (omg this is hopium 💀). as for the content, perhaps they might start with the events being shown in this specific date and timeline of the notes, as well as the events that followed.
but honestly, who knows for sure.
and we still have jungkook's car accident to figure out 😭 like wdym it takes place twice and the second one is on xx xx year xx??? what in the arg is this 🥀🥀
