Claire is a main protagonist of Cuphead. She is the chamberian of the castle in which the story takes place, looking after the place in the absence of her master and giving tours to visitors. However, while she seems friendly at first, she tends to become either attached to visitors, trying to get them to stay with her, and if they piss her off, then she turns them into stone statues and adds them to her master's collection. Cuphead and Mugman is the latest visitor to interest her, and it seems she has no issue trying to take him from his younger brother Mugman in the process.

Claire is a beige ammonite shell with a black opening seen on the left side of her head with light grey skinned colored her whole body and her sharp fangs teeths instead of normal teeth, a her eyes are powder white sclera instead of normal eyes, pupils and irises. She has a single black demon horn on the right side of her head onto upward instead of two horns and she's have a black demon tail are Imp tipped tail. She wears a tattered dark lapis lazuli blue black dress with a powder white layer underneath, as well as a powder white collar and a brooch that's normally dark lapis blue, she wears a tattered black thighs high socks upward with black shoes. She also sports a pair of lapis blue crescent shaped markings on each arm, and bandages wrapped around her right arm.
When using her powers, her eyes glow orchid purple and she sprouts powder white tentacles.
