"Really? Because the looks you were shooting me during class say otherwise." He teased, holding the door to his office open for him.
"It's called 'reliving a vivid memory'," he smirked, moving into the office and looking around.Â
"Good. Come along. We can discuss the arrangement in more detail once the door is closed." He said, smirking a little and standing, leading the way and closing his office door behind him. "Try not to seem too eager, boy."Â
Florian followed, purposefully slow, talking a moment to watch Shane as he walked. He crossed his arms over his chest, "I don't do eager," he said plainly.
"I can definitely read," he said quietly, "Though, if we’re honest, I don’t deal well with authority, so private meetings may be needed."
"Hmm, just as I thought. Should we start today? You said your schedule was free." Shane murmured, eyes raking over Florian. "My office is close."
"We should," Florian smirked, "Close is good."
Florian took particular interest in watching the students leave the classroom, mainly waiting for them all to be out of earshot before he could reply, “I’m sorry,” he pretended to sound sincere, “I just couldn’t get the image of you in the bar out of my head… I’m free now. Got nowhere to be. What part of the syllabus did you want to discuss?” Florian asked, batting his eyelashes and smirking softly.
"See, you can read the syllabus yourself, I’m sure. I was thinking something more along the lines of disciplinary action, since you seem to think daydreaming in class is acceptable." He murmured, leaning on his desk and meeting his eyes. "I get the feeling your lack of respect for authority might require private meetings. What do you think?"
"I can definitely read," he said quietly, "Though, if we're honest, I don't deal well with authority, so private meetings may be needed."
As class ended, Thane stayed in front of Florian’s desk, watching the students file out. “Mind staying after for just a little while? I have things to discuss. Namely the lack of attention you actually paid the material in class.” He said, smirking lightly. “If you’re busy now, I suppose my office hours are always an available time, as well.” He mentioned casually, taking Florian’s copy of the syllabus and highlighting the information.

I'm free now. Got nowhere to be. What part of the syllabus did you want to discuss?" Florian asked, batting his eyelashes and smirking softly.
"Good boy." He murmered in response, too quiet for anyone to really hear. Shane smiled a little, looking back up at him and winking, before standing and addressing the class at large, beginning the role call. Going over his syllabus, he paced the front of the classroom, occasionally leaning on Florian’s desk.
A smirk tugged at Florian's lips as the man praised him. Through out the class, he didn't bother with taking notes, instead spending his time catching Shane's eyes and taking deep inhalations as the man lent over his space. He was careful not to say anything, still surrounded by his peers.
Shane smirked a little as he recognised the voice filtering up to him from the back of the classroom. “Well, if you can’t see, come forward to the front. I like my students right in my lap when I teach.” He replied, meeting Florian’s eyes. “And I can’t have your grade suffering because you’re unable to read.” He added, turning back to his attendance book.Â
He noted the smirk and did as he was told, "Yes Sir," he commented, sauntering down the stairs and taking a place right at the front of the class, centre to the room.
"Come in sit down, I’ll take roll right on the hour. Shut up I want my room silent. This is the theoretical training portion of the class. Here you will learn commands, teaching methods, and other important information… blah blah. Get ready with your books." He intoned, not really looking at the students in his class as they filed in. He didn’t care to learn names or faces unless they were going to be providing him something. "Extra credit to the first person who hands me the correct coffee order each day. It’s written on the board."
Florian couldn't help but smirk as he heard the man's voice. Of course he was going to be his teacher, that only made the thoughts he'd be having of the night in the bar all the sweeter. As he took his position in the back of the classroom, Florian spoke, "Can't quite read it from here, Sir," he all but purred, "Do you take cream in your coffee?"
