“no, no, no. okay, i’m not saying that i’d win in a fight with a shark.” kit said through laughter as he reached for another chip and dunked it in guacamole. “i’m just saying, i have some skills that the shark wouldn’t expect. first of all, speed. second of all, i’d probably annoy him so much that he’d leave me alone eventually, anyway. that asshole wouldn’t see it coming.” he stopped, taking a drink from the overly frilly mojito that he didn’t really remember ordering, “c’mon, i’m being serious.” he leaned back in his chair by the bar.
“what did you drink? i certainly want one too.” summer said with smiling even though she had a lot more than enough. she downed 6 tequila shots at once, summer had already stopped counting but if she didn’t she would knew that she had more than 15. “okay, i’m convinced! i’m sure you would beat that asshole’s ass!” summer knew she had to stop because talking started to become very difficult but she needed distraction so she ordered 5 more shots. “yeah, me too. i seriously believe it, i mean it’s probably because of all these...” she showed the empty glasses. “... but i do. the problem is: we, redheads are the most unfortunate creatures on the earth... what i mean is: of course i don’t doubt your skills and your ability to annoy it but things may get wrong very easily. take an x-men member or something with you, just for a back-up plan.”
