.. The author of the china study also has a new book called Whole about eating whole foods which is also apparently really good! I haven't read all of them yet but my boyfriend has and I plan to steal them from him soon! But anyway these are awesome resources for people who wanna learn about their food and what they are really eating and what it is doing for their health and body!
