h for hiatus

I think I speak for everyone of sunday spice when I say that currently we’re all pretty wrapped up in life and personal stuff. posting has been rather unfrequent from some of us (pretty much everyone tbh) already and without phil who always was the one who kicked our asses to post a topic each week this is probably gonna go down.

so I’m just gonna announce a break for sunday spice. I really hope this blog won’t fall apart because I really liked the concept of it, but as things look we’re all too busy/unmotivated to post quality content (cough) so yeah.

I really hope we’ll continue this one day! in the meantime, thanks to my fellow spicers and to everyone who submitted something for the great time we had! also to the lovely people who followed us until now, you’re amazing.

Doing sunday spice was an amazing experience but recently it has felt more like  something I had to do than something i actually wanted to do. So I’m going to leave sunday spice and my last assignment will be

redraw any spicy entry of your choice!

You can do a redraw or a remaster or just start one topic all over again. I ad so much fun doing this. I love you guys and wish you all the best.

The next topic is: do a color study of a plant, yay

It doesn’t matter if it’s a fungi, tree or just any old flower and you can draw it as abstract as you want, just concentrate on the colors

I know it seems a bit boring but I got really inspired by the beautiful autumn leaves :x

myself 2015 - myself 2014

i took the redraw part very seriously haha. still got the icons of my favorite shit, the random background and even the same clothes!

i haven’t improved that much compared to previous years but i think recently i really found my style.
