A Very Important Question™ for the anti-O community.

How would you feel about the idea of me - or perhaps even a collaboration of the most well-known members of the anti-O community - banding together to write an ‘anti-O’-inspired fanfic? The Sims 4 Poison Mod🧪 (Idea)

I came up with this quite “simple” mod idea right when Jungle Adventure was announced, and have prayed every night hoping some super talented modded out there will make it. But now it’s been a while and I decided to instead make a post about it and hopefully it is seen by someone able to create it!

So what does the mod do? The Poison Mod adds a new buyable object called “Poison” which looks like the medicine from Get To Work with a slightly different texture. You can click on this and “Drink Poison” straight from the bottle, or you can click on food to “Add Poison” which will then instead of impacting your sim, it will impact anyone who eats that food while “consuming” the object meaning you have to buy a new one to try again.

So what is the effect? There are different possible outcomes for eating the poisoned food or drinking the poison yourself. The sim has a 20% chance of dying immediately which uses the animation of “Death by Pufferfish” as it has both an animation for dying whilst seated at a table and also one standing up like normal though it still gives your sim “Death by Poison”. Then there’s an additional 50% chance of getting poisoned similar to in Jungle Adventure where you have a chance to cure yourself or potentially die while also giving your sim a +6 Uncomfortable moodlet for 8 hours. Then the remaining 30% percent will only give your sim that moodlet and 25% of those will make them run to a toilet and throw up.

This mod would just be make my gameplay so much more interesting especially with the chance of different outcomes. Please spread this so modders talented enough to do this can see! It’s greatly appreciated!❤️
