Every time I ask VFS support why appointments are unavailable or why my bill keeps increasing, I get the same answer — “It’s a system issue.” How convenient.
Meanwhile, travellers are forced to pay arbitrary service hikes, unclear courier fees, and premium options that don’t even speed things up. Transparency shouldn’t be optional.
It’s time governments stop outsourcing their integrity to a company with zero accountability.
