Girls. Here’s a think. It’s totally and beautifully okay to accept and love yourself as you are. If you are chubby, skinny, musculin, thin. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!
BUT!
It’s totally NOT OK. In my opinion, when you get enormous big or extremely thin. Last days I see many “plus size models” how they call themselves, sorry but they are huge. And they are presenting it like it’s totally fine. It’s not. Not because I think it’s disgusting or ugly or anything. It’s UNHEALTHY! First thing you have to care about is your health. And this also applies to extremely skinny people. Do not follow people who tell you eat how much you can and what ever and get fat because it’s ok. Or don’t eat anything because they want you to believe that you are happy when you are skinny. Don’t.
Self love comes from accepting yourself as you are. If you do your best to lose weight and nothing happens. Then accept yourself as you are. But stay yourself. That doesn’t mean you need to be fat. Love yourself as you should be but stay healthy. If you can’t gain weight even when you are eating 10 meals per day. Then accept yourself and do what’s good for your body.
Please please love yourself. Be happy as you are and don’t believe in these extremes.
