ooc; I have been thinking about something for a couple days now. I think I want to move this blog and combine my Ammy, Kazama, and whatever OCs I decide on to one blog. I think it would be a lot easier one me for the sole fact I won't be jumping between blogs and I'll have everything on one.
So for now I'll be working on moving to a different blog, but until then threads will continue here. I hope none of you mind----this will just be a whole lot easier for me to have everyone on the same blog.
//Friendly PSA:

If you want to harass my muse in my askbox, feel free
Essentially, come talk to me, I don’t bite and I’m a open and friendly judgement free person.

"Raaaawr, I’m a zombie." And then Paul proceeded to nibble on Ammy’s arm.
"On second thought. Forget I ever did that—"
ooc; Good afternoon everyone! I trust you all have had a pleasant day, yes? Replies will be tended to later tonight as I'll be lurking while helping my mom finish putting decorations outside and on the tree.
ooc; I think I'll settle with lurking the rest of the night. I'm really tired after all the excitement here today, so all replies have been drafted and will be tended to whenever I can get here tomorrow!
Paying Respects || Amaterasu & Heisuke
Ah, so it was a god. He became wary of her for the moment, looking her over carefully. No doubt, this would be someone tricky to fight with if it came down to it, he’d just have to be careful and avoid making an enemy out of the goddess. He narrowed his eyes for a moment, before lowering his tails and closing his eyes to relax for the moment. “Heisuke Wright.” He muttered, looking towards the shrine. He huffed a bit and looked back towards her, lifting a brow. “This shrine… destroyed by the humans again. Not even half a year that its been restored and they go and destroy it again.” He snapped.
"I’m sure you’re unhappy with me leaving such putrid left overs of the humans I killed out in the entrance. I simply have it there to scare them all off. I don’t want none of them coming here." He smirked a bit. "If they ignore my warning, and if see they try to salvage anything or disrespect this place further, I will kill them without hesitation." He twitched one of his tails, walking up to her slightly. "Now then.. what do you plan to do, goddess of the sun? After all, I am disturbing the peace here you worked so hard to have." He shrugged his shoulders. "I hope you don’t plan to exterminate me just for a bit of guarding gone out of hand.." he chuckled.
How unfortunate that such a place had been not only disrespected by the people, but desecrated. Did mortals have absolutely no regard for the gods these days that they would dare attempt to inflict the wrath of whoever resided inside? Amaterasu's expression softened and her guard lowered just the slightest, heart tugging in two different directions. On one hand she very well believed that they had signed their own fate by burning down a shrine of a beloved god, but then again... What to do? The fox could very well be lying--they were known for such trickery after all, and the goddess had already been fooled by one vixen already. And yet... Ninetails had turned over a new leaf since then, so perhaps she should give the boy a chance?
"Heisuke-san... it's nice to meet you, and I give my sincerest condolences. To see such destruction of a god's shrine..." The woman gave a small shake of her head, her gaze landing on him once more. That smirk playing on his lips was beginning to make her second guess her decision to give him a chance. "While I am unhappy, I don't plan to kill you." She said simply, resisting the urge to take a step back when he decided to move a bit toward her. The deity glanced behind his figure to the remains of the shrine. "Was this dedicated to the god Inari?" It would make sense, him being a fox himself.

Paying Respects || Amaterasu & Heisuke
It had been awhile that he had gotten back into this old habit of killing people. Could they blame him though? The fox’s shrine was restored by a wolf a long time ago, but someone went and burnt the shrine again, destroying its former glory, and this time, it was gone. Nothing was left. He knew others wanted to tear it down and rebuild it again, but he had it with humans messing with his home. He killed anyone who came to close, the only one who he would allow to come near it was his friends and the tree spirit who would revive the dying plants nearby. The fox who started off with one tail now had three, and the darker powers deep within him were starting to stir.
He narrowed his eyes slightly, already feeling his space invaded by a force he hated. A godly force..some one who possibly wanted to be rid of him due to his actions. The pile of bones and flesh outside was enough to scare most away, but this would not scare a god away. He knew that. He could almost hear someone whisper into his ears that this was an enemy, though he would push the thought away. He would not judge so quickly, as he would only dub them enemies if they decided to kill him. Falling from the sakura tree once the intruder passed the entrance, he landed in front of her, lifting his three tails up as he eyed her with an annoyed look.
"Who are you? Why did you come here? State your business now."
Ears twitched at the slightest sound of movement, but the stranger had already shown himself before the goddess had a chance to glance around. A fox it was indeed--one that was on his guard and clearly displeased with her presence in the shrine. The aura that seeped from his being was one that she knew all too well; like the nine-tailed beast herself before her assumed demise. It had the wolf's lips drawn into a slight frown, shoulders tensing. Well, at least she could thank the gods that he only had three tails for now. To her, he was little more than a pup who was still in the process of learning, and he would be no real threat to her.
"So many questions... My name is Amaterasu, goddess of the sun, and I'd only been out for a walk when I stumbled upon your shrine." Her tone was calm, simply blinking a pair of amber hues at his annoyance. "I wasn't aware there was a shrine all the way out here... ahh, who might you be?" It was only fair he give his own name after she'd introduced herself. Besides, Ammy had no intention of attacking him--for the moment at least. The pile of bones and flesh from humans worried her, though she wasn't ready to make an enemy out of this fox just yet. Perhaps there was even a reason for it; not likely one she would be happy with, but a reason nonetheless.
Paying Respects || Amaterasu & Heisuke
Okay, so what had started as a determined woman cleaning house had turned into a lazy ivory wolf out for a walk. Amaterasu had reasoned with herself by stating that the house wasn't too dirty, and the only real problem were the pile of books and scrolls lying around everywhere that needed to be picked up and put away, and that definitely wasn't as bad as it could get. If anything, her weapons needed to be tended to first, but even then it had been ages since the goddess had any trouble with demons or any dark lords that could compare to Yami. Times were finally peaceful, and there were no need for the protection of a god anymore. At least, not Ammy--Chibi had grown already and had been more than happy to take over most of her duties as the sun god.
It wasn't until she could smell a pile of rotted, human bones that she even realized she had gone anywhere. A dark, honey gaze lifted from her clasped hands to the shrine she'd stumbled upon by accident. It looked a little bit rundown, and in need a some much needed TLC, though this was something she would have expected from an abandoned shrine. This... this was still inhabited. The goddess could feel the presence hanging heavily in air. It was almost as if Ninetails herself was present, though how long had it been since she had last seen that particular vixen she did not know. In any case, her aura was different than this...
Could it be another fox?
"Uhm... hello? Is anyone there?"
That Awk Moment When
Oh no—she was trying hard not to laugh not to laugh at him. Paul buried his face in his hands, groaning quietly. “Go ahead. Laugh. I’m only 16 and my voice still hasn’t settled yet.” Oh Puberty. Why did you have to be so harsh on Paul? Didn’t he suffer enough having Apollyon sewed into his soul? Apparently not.
At least she was being nice about it. That was a plus, right? “That’s… good. That’s good to hear.” His eyebrows picked up, the blush on his face deepening. He took the chance to stare at the really awesome looking puke green wall, hoping she didn’t notice his ever-growing blush. “Oh… really? Y-You did?” How the heck was he supposed to take that? The last time they met he almost gave her a concussion. Does that mean the secret to meeting girls was to almost land them into the hospital?
It all makes sense now.
Now she was asking him to step outside. To trade n u m b e r s. ”I—I don’t have a fun.” Good Lord he sounded so lame. He scratched at the back of his neck, fumbling over the right words. “No one… I never really saw the need to have a phone. So, you know, never got one.” Should he now? No. What use would it be he wouldn’t even gather up the balls to start a conversation and Ammy would probably be the only one he texted.
But… maybe he could look into it.
"I’ll take you up on your offer to step outside, though. This party isn’t really my scene." he offered her a tiny smile. Dammit. He was starting to like having her around. This can’t be good.
Oh gosh, now she felt a little guilty for giggling. But only a little. Ammy shook her head a little at his words, another suppressed giggle slipping out as she tried to wave it off. "I-I'm sorry, but--you just sounded so cute, I couldn't help myself." Had she really just said that? It wasn't as if she didn't think he was cute--he was!--but to actually say something like that out loud? Surely he would think she was some sort of weirdo for saying that.
The goddess seemed much too focused staring at the floor, blushing like an infatuated high school girl, to notice that Paul's own cheeks were bright with color. It wasn't until he was speaking again that the whole thing about calling him cute had been forgotten--at least temporarily--and Ammy had returned her curious amber gaze to his own scarlet one.
So, he didn't have a phone? That was unfortunate; Ammy had been hoping for a way to help keep in contact with him instead of just surprise visits to his house without warning. Not to mention the fact that if someone else opened the door instead of Paul if she ever decided to visit that it would probably be one of the most awkward moments of her life. For God's sake she didn't even know who else the boy lived with--what if he lived with other boys his age. She could almost imagine the embarrassment.
"I see... well then, outside it is!" The god gave a smile of her own, stepping out through the still-open door and into the cool night air. It felt so much better than the stuffy, hot party air from inside the building. Ammy's gaze slid behind her to make sure he'd followed her out, stepping off to onto the side walk as to not block the entrance for others before stuffing her chilly hands into the pockets of her jacket.
"Anything exciting happen since the last time I saw you?"
Whispers of Falling Snow || Amaterasu & Chizuru
"You can call me anything you’d like—all of my friends call me different things." There was Chizuru-chan, Chizuru, Yukimura-kun, kid, and probably a lot more than that that she didn’t even know about. Something did strike Chizuru as a little unusual though… Amaterasu was a rather beautiful young woman and could probably pass for someone of high class if she wasn’t already one, but she acted so casual—there weren’t about to be any complaints from the oni though! Ah… So the woman had been to Kyoto before? Chizuru wasn’t let out too often and Amaterasu didn’t come here all that often either, so it was no wonder she hadn’t seen the beauty before. “I can’t argue about Kyoto being beautiful. The festivals here are much more extravagant than back in Edo and it’s so wonderful to see all the lanterns lined up around the buildings… And then seeing everything covered in snow like today…” She let her voice trail off as she began to space out and go back into her own little world. Kyoto in the snow was something else. The way that the blanket of powdery snow sparkled as the light of day hit it made it look absolutely breathtaking. Oh, but she was getting off topic, wasn’t she? Hearing her new friend speak back up, Chizuru snapped herself out of her mental wonderland.
"Ah—" Why was she dressed like a man? Her expression fell a little, lips pursing together as brows furrowed together. "Is it really that obvious? Okita-san and Saitou-san said it was a good disguise, too…" Then again, she should have known better than to trust Souji, and Saitou had been awfully vague… With a quiet sigh, she decided to actually answer the question. "Women aren’t allowed in the Shinsengumi, so I need to keep myself disguised or else ‘tongues will start wagging,’ as Hijikata-san says…" And causing trouble for the Shinsengumi was the last thing she wanted… This woman seemed awfully trustworthy, so she didn’t much of a problem with being so honest though…
Irises of honey-hue went slightly wide upon the mention of the Shinsengumi.
This girl... Chizuru was a part of it? Not only that but she mentioned Okita's name as well! Did she know the samurai who had managed to capture her attention so much? If so... Ammy would have to be careful what she said around her new friend, although one part of her wanted to believe that she could trust the dark-haired girl with this secret. Well, even if she did keep it, the god wasn't so sure that she would be able to stop guilt from piling in her stomach whenever she saw her lover. He'd told her not to tell anyone of after all...
"Ahh--I'm not sure if it's obvious more than I've done my fair share of cross-dressing." How many times had someone she hadn't known thought she was a boy for the way she dressed when she wore her hakama to fight? It wasn't something she was fond of--Amaterasu was quite content being a woman, but to think that Chizuru had to dress like that all of the time, and that she was stuck with so many men around her? The sun god felt for the girl.
"I see, I see... Well, I do hope you will stay safe, although I'm sure the captains already do a good job of protecting you." Ammy offered a small, reassuring smile to let her know that her secret was safe. There was nothing that she would gain from telling anyone that a woman was in the Shinsengumi anyway, especially when she was keeping her own secret about the wolves of Mibu. Or rather one specific wolf of Mibu.
"Ahh, were you on your way back there now? I'd love to talk a little more, so I'd like to tag a long if you wouldn't mind."
Open;
The immediate, sudden change in proximity made Paul’s entire body go on alert. A certain ‘fight or flight’ mode. He really, really, didn’t know how to handle the situation as of now. Since she hadn’t left him alone yet to wallow in self-pity, he figured Ammy wanted them to be friends. Or companions. Or acquaintances. Or something that meant that 1 finally had another + 1 to equal 2.
'Stay calm. She's a nice girl—goddess. Sun goddess. Huh, I wonder if she just naturally lights up a room walking in. Because, you know, she's the sun. Is her body temperature warmer than most humans? Summer must be rough for her—' His thoughts were a jumbled mess as he kept up coming up with hypothesis after hypothesis when, really, he could have just asked her all these questions himself.
"Ah—" this was his moment, right? He could kick her out and then, bam, he could go back to his fun life playing computer games and reading books. But… something inside of Paul was telling him to give this girl a try. Really, what would the harm be? She seemed nice and willing and it would be a testament for Paul to make friends with a girl who wasn’t made out of pixels and CGI. "—No. No you’re fine. Stay… I guess. If you want."
Paul turned his head, rubbing the back of his neck—a nervous habit. Great, she’s staying. Terrible thing is, he really doesn’t know how to keep the conversation going.
It would be an understatement to say that she was surprised that Paul hadn't immediately kicked her out given the chance. Ammy was sure that he didn't want to continue the conversation, but had she been wrong? He invited her to stay and all... she might as well take up the offer right?
"If you say so."
And that was that. Amaterasu had already made up her mind to stay, and talk for a bit. Besides he wasn't completely human... or maybe she was just trying to make up a loophole for herself instead of trying to distance herself from Paul. There was something about him though, something that she liked, and in the end she gave into the urge. Perhaps it wouldn't be such a bad thing to get to know him better.
Then there was silence. It stretched between the two of them awkwardly, until she finally decided to speak up. "Soooo---" Yes, that was always a good place to start. "---do you play any video games?" How much lamer could she get? Honestly was that really the first thing she let slip out of her mouth? Well... he was a teenage boy after all...maybe it wasn't as bad of a decision as she had thought, although she wondered if he played anything she was familiar with. Chibi had left all of his video games at home after all, so it was no surprise that when she got bored and curious she decided to try them out. And admittedly enjoyed them all too much for her own good.
How long had she spent hauled up in her home recklessly driving in that one game of his? What had it even been called? Grand Theft something? The name escaped Ammy for now, but she had just remembered that it was a certain game she had thoroughly enjoyed, and probably shouldn't haven given the fact she was supposed to love all humans and such. A guilty pleasure she guessed--one that she would keep to herself for now.
