Take What You Need
Iâve been trying to get used to drawing on ProCreate on my phone and itâs still such a struggle, so simple illustrations for now! My iPad is arriving at the end of April so I have to make do with my phone in the mean time.

Sunday Afternoon - Logo Design and Brand Bible
Sunday Afternoon is your friendly neighborhood sweet tooth that makes sweet things to make you feel at home, whatever home may be.
They are a dessert shop located in ParaĂąaque City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
There are a few minutes in a Sunday afternoon when you donât feel the pressure to be productive at all. Itâs when time seems to have slowed down, and thereâs an aura of calm and warmth all around you. Thatâs the feeling they want you to experience when you get to taste their baked creations. Every pastry is made with the utmost precision to ensure that you get the most out of each bite.
All of their ingredients and packaging are sourced from their local baking supply store since they are firm believers in supporting local businesses and be of help with fellow entrepreneurs!
The challenge was to create an identity that would appeal to a diversity of people, while taking into account 2 things 1.) How will Sunday Afternoon compete with more famous and large-scale dessert shops? 2.) How will Sunday Afternoon stand out from the ever-increasing dessert shops?
My design strategy was guided by 1.) the aesthetics of cafes in South Korea which were simple, minimal, and no-fuss 2.) The goal of making the products stand out more than anything else.
Although being a dessert shop, Sunday Afternoon did not want the typical elements of a logo in a dessert shop. Rather, they wanted their customers to remember their logo through an emotion - hence the cute and simple smiling face, which guarantees a chuckle, or even a smile, the first time you see it.
As for font choice, I decided to choose a simple and flexible Sans Serif font with high legibility to go with their font. Following with the simplicity of the brand, I chose neutral, earth-toned colors since they also promote the importance of protecting and saving the environment.
Sunday Afternoon was successfully launched last October 2020, and is still making home-baked goods for everyone.

This is a flat lay exercise for a photography assignment. I had to come up with 3 flat lays with 5+ more products for each composition.
Xian - pronounced as the color âCyanâ but everyone around her calls her âSee-yanâ Sheâs one of the people whoâs going to give me a hard time when I leave college.

âA Study On Skin & Insecuritiesâ is a self-portrait photo set wherein I get a little too close with the camera. As someone who doesnât know the angles of her face and whoâs visibly uncomfortable being in front of the camera (it came to a point where I avoided letting my photo taken altogether), this⌠was such a struggle. Funnily enough, this is the first attempt Iâve had with shooting self-portraits.Â
Although admittedly, Iâm not completely comfortable in my own skin and face yet, this photo set was a step toward that direction. I hope these inspire you to do and feel the same. Help me fund my thesis! Hire me for all your photo/video/graphic design needs!
I miss having milk tea 3-4x a day and having everything a train ride away.

This is a short film that I (quite begrudgingly) acted. But more importantly, I also colored corrected and graded this short film.
My parents celebrated their 25th anniversary last weekend. Here's a short montage of it!
A vision; my vision I havenât shot someone in awhile and Kurt wanted a new profile picture so we put 2 and 2 together and decided to shoot around campus. Instead of posting them raw, I decided to play around and experiment with incorporating graphic design to the chosen photos.
Green Giant FMâS DJ Hunt â17 Every year, DLSU Radio Green Giant FM recruits dj trainees. This year, I was chosen to shoot and edit these publicity materials for the said occasion. The theme was 70â˛s-90â˛s/retro/vintage.
Geek Day For the said event, I was in charge of planning and execution of the profile pictures for the central committee. The peg was to make it seem like the subject was in front of a tv/screen playing video games. See you all at Geek Day on October 7, 2017 at the SMX Convention Center from 12nn - 9pm Facebook Facebook Event Page Twitter
Grit For my final project in photography class, I decided to showcase the similarity and difference of fashion preferences of students in De La Salle University. I decided to shoot (from left to right) Andrei, Kurt, and Makie because they had similar styles which was streetwear/urban.
