This is my about me/my stuff post, please bear with me as I’ve never done one of these before, even on my main blog. Thank’s for reading!!

About me —

You can call me Elios, Sunshine, Sunny, or any similar name. I go by any pronouns without preference.

I’m a lesbian and asexual, I’m also apagender!

I am a (very) amateur writer, and I mainly write realistic fiction, romance, and sometimes a poem or two

I cannot draw to save my life, so besides a really bad doodle every now and then, most of my character descriptions will be written

My favorite color is Blue, if you couldn’t tell from my blog

I’m helpol, even if I don’t often talk about it. I mainly work with Apollo and Aphrodite, although I forget I’m religious a lot and forget to pray

I am in several fandoms, including but not limited to: House MD*, The Pitt, Stardew Valley***, Animal Crossing, Bully**, Night in The Woods*, Life is Strange favorite is true colors, least favorite is 2), Percy Jackson*** (very loosely, not as into it recently), Newsies 2016* (watched it almost 20 times), Heathers, and Dead boy detectives (ngl I’ve only watched the show, haven’t been able to get the comics) (starred fandoms are ones I have ocs/self-inserts for that I can talk about if asked, the more stars the more lore)

I have a character hub! It sucks and I’m trying to add more to it/improve it, but it’s there!!

My characters/writing —

I really love talking about my characters, so if you have any questions about anyone (including me), please ask!! I’m sorry I have so many, I tried to sort it as best as I could!

Asher Foster. The main character of my (very very wip) romance novel, You Still Owe Me (almost always shortened to YSOM). He is pan and goes by he/him! (22)

Avery Fletcher. The love interest in YSOM, he is gay and goes by he/him! (22)

Kat(lynn) Osterholt. Asher’s best friend/coworker in YSOM, she is bi and goes by she/they/it (my favorite oc)!! (17)

Cooper Langley-Osterholt. Kat’s cousin, Asher’s friend/coworker in YSOM, he is aroace and goes by he/him! (17)

Calliope Rivera. Kat’s girlfriend, absolute sweetheart. They are a lesbian and goes by they/she! (18)

Judas. One of my Stardew saves, my current favorite. I don’t really write about him, but I may talk about him (a lot) because I really like him. He is gay, dated (fwb) Shane and left him, started dating Harvey about a week before dumping Shane. (??)

(Tobias) Sam Aiello. A student at Agnostos Isle School for Uniquely Equipped Children (AISUEC, I haven’t even begun writing for this yet), He/Him. His ability is ghost physiology. He is friends with Finley. (16)

War(ren) Gibbs. A student at AISUEC, He/Him. His ability is manipulation and popularity empowerment. He is friends with Reese and Haze. (16)

Haze(l) Lawson. A student at AISUEC, He/Him. His ability is smoke creation/smoke mimicry. He is friends with Reese and War. (14)

Adelyn Monet. A student at AISUEC, She/Her. Her ability is shapeshifting, accuracy dependent on her hair health. She is friends with War (Crush) and Haze. (12)

Reese Beasley. A student at AISUEC, He/Him. His ability is emotional aura. He is Rue’s twin, and is friends with War and Haze. (13)

Rue Beasley. A student at AISUEC, She/Her. Her ability is emotional manipulation. She is Reese’s twin, and is friends with Rowan. (13)

Asha Yasin. A student at AISUEC, She/Her. Her ability is fear inducement. She doesn’t have many friends. (8)

Finley Polaris. A student at AISUEC, Any pronouns. They have medium-like abilities. He is friends with Sam and Chaya. (15)

Chaya Juarez. An assistant teacher at AISUEC, They/Them. Their ability is energy manipulation. They are Rowan’s sibling. (24)

Rowan Juarez. A teacher and placement manager at AISUEC, She/They. Their ability is knowledge absorption. She is Chaya’s sister. (28)

I know I said this before, but I really do love ranting about my characters and the world they come from. My ask box will forever be open, please don’t hesitate to leave any questions or comments!!

I don’t consent to my writing/ocs/other creations being used with ai in any sort of way. Do not use anything of mine in ai. Fuck ai, and people who use it knowing what it does to the earth, creators, and your intelligence.

I could not be more bored of women characters who are dangerous in a competent, sexy, luminous makeup and blow-dried hairstyle kind of way. I am so tired of all these dry-clean-only girlbosses strutting their way into stories. “Oh she’s so beautiful AND so good at martial arts and so clever and seductive” No! Get that outta here!! Give me more women who are dangerous in a real grungy way, like rusted metal with a sharp edge. Girls who make you glad you’ve had your tetanus shot. Girls who cut their own hair and get bad tattoos. Girls who are as charming as a wet feral cat. Girls who might be clever enough to Play The Game but would rather flip over the chess board and punch you in the throat. I demand more horrible unpleasant women!! Thank you.

This is Kat if you even care, feral ass kid who keeps the pocket knife she cuts her hair with on her carabiner along with her mildly blood-stained keys. They’re loud and annoying and get in fights in school and forces the office call Asher to come pick it up because her parents refuse to. She eats the leftover Starbucks food at the end of their shift that’s been sitting there for like ten hours. It’s smart too! Real good at math and science and would probably end up going to a good college if she could lock in, but just refuses to for the sake of showing what struggle does to someone.

Ahhhh thank you so much!! I'm so sorry this took forever to answer it, always forget I have a side-blog! My YSOM characters are my most lore-depth guys, so this is gonna be centered around them. (Most of the time, if I’m posting something longer, I’ll put a cut because it annoys me to have really long posts on my dash lmao)

Asher L Foster is my Mc, he's 22 at the beginning of the story and 23 by the end (birthday's 7-10-02). He is technically the oldest child, his younger brother, Aiden, is 12. He had an older brother named Jayden, who died at 16 (Asher was 14) in a car accident on the way home from a school basketball game. Him and Asher were very close, and suffered their father’s anger together. About two weeks after Jayden passed, their father abandoned Asher, Aiden, and their mother, Neha. His death deeply affected Asher, whose grades and attendance dropped. He got in trouble a lot, for skipping (to smoke weed in the bathrooms), fighting, or general disrespect. He started getting back on track around the middle of his junior year, when he realized he would likely not graduate. He eventually met Kat and Cooper, and later Avery. He lost a lot after Jayden died, and the story focuses on him learning how to rely on those around him to heal.

Avery L Fletcher is my love interest in YSOM, he's also 22 at the beginning, but is still 22 at the end (birthday's 11-3-02). He is from Maryland, and has lived in Chicago since he was 17 (Asher and him went to the same school senior year, but didn’t know it). In Maryland, he lived with his (wealthy) Catholic parents. His dad wanted him to eventually work at his business, while Avery wanted to start his own clothing brand. His dad was abusive, and his mom simply ignored it. His situation got worse when his parents realized he was gay, and after a huge argument, his parents kicked him out and sent him to live with his grandmother in Illinois. A few thousand dollars, a business, and several thriving social media accounts later, he meets Asher in a shitty Starbucks. He immediately falls in love with him, and spends months trying to win his affection. His bright (yet occasionally defiant) demeanor and overall caring personality really helped the group, whether or not he’ll ever realize it.

Kat C Osterholt is Asher's best friend, and a major side character. She's 17 at the beginning and 18 at the end (birthday's today as I'm writing this, 4-16-07!!). She has a cat named Salem that lives with Asher, because her parents made her get rid of him when they got Sadie, a malamute who was too excitable for him. She has no idea what breed he is, as he was sourced through the ‘cat distribution system’ (Kat found him in an alley and cried, snuck him into her house). Her parents weren’t happy, and nearly kicked her out because of it. Her father finds basically anything she does ‘stupid’ or ‘a waste of time’ and will commonly throw out her belongings, he once burned a deck of tarot cards Asher bought her cause he ‘didn’t want her doing witchy shit and cursing him’ (she wanted them to talk to Aphrodite easier). Her mother is generally neglectful, and makes fish or other seafood for dinner (Kat’s allergic to seafood), then refuses to let her eat anything else for the rest of the night. She takes out a great deal of her anger towards her parents and her situation on others and herself, mainly through fights with those who’ve messed with her or Cooper, who she’s mildly overprotective over. Cooper also has a younger sister, Les (Annalise, 15), who Kat helps set up pranks.

Cooper N Langley-Osterholt is Kat's cousin and her best friend, also a major side character. He recently turned 17, and is still 17 at the end (birthday’s 12-12-07). He is shy and skittish, due to his parents’ argumentative/abusive tendencies towards him. Cooper doesn’t often speak up for himself, and heavily relies on Kat’s protective nature to take care of whatever problem he’s facing, most of the time someone being rude at school or work. He is afraid of large dogs and deep water, one because he was bit by a dog as a child, and the other because him and Kat watched jaws when they were younger. He reads, plays soccer, and sleeps. A lot. He’s my least developed YSOM character and I always feels bad when I have to describe him.

(I’m so sorry this took forever it was sitting half-finished in my drafts for a hot second.. also apologies for the past/present tense inconsistency, I wrote this in several different parts and pieced them together where I wanted them)

I love having OCs cause wdym there’s a buncha lil guys that live in my head and I can make them do anything I want like my own personal Barbie dream house. Like yes Kat n Asher have weird lil rituals they do before different things and yes Judas has like five different accents depending on how I feel while I’m playing and yes everyone’s gay all the time!! I do this because I can, I love them!!
