Semi-Hiatus.

Hey guys,

I’ve been on a roller coaster when it comes to my boy Zenyatta.

Truth be told, he’s my favorite Overwatch character, I put so much into developing him, I loved my threads with him.

When I came into the fandom, there were like, no Zenyattas. And as soon as my name got spread around, more and more started sprouting, and I hate to be that person, but it’s heartbreaking to put so much into a character and watch someone go to your mains or anyone else and directly copy you.

But hey, if you’re having fun doing it? Who am I to stop you?

It’s just no longer fun for me. I can’t watch it anymore. It legitimately hurts me and I’ve spent too much time crying over this damn character and this blog and writing this like it’s a good-bye letter is causing a lump in my throat because lets be real, no one comes back from indefinite semi-hiatuses.

I’m sorry to those I’m letting down. 

I’m sorry for letting my mains down. But there’s other’s who will gladly take my place.

     Gaze hazy from exhaustion, Zenyatta could have been content falling asleep in Genji’s arms right there. However, the brisk nature of the breeze definitely spoke of a wake of snow that would likely sweep the grounds of Nepal during the night, leaving the Monk dreading the small, cold hike back to the Monastery grounds. And definitely dreading the thought of having to face his brother even more so.

     In fact, should he go back to the Monastery, he’d have to spend the rest of the night in silence to fulfill the vow cast upon him.

     So, heavy lids lifted to meet eye contact with Genji, giving a small sigh as, “I ...” Softly escaped his lips. “I would very much appreciate it, if I could stay with you for the night.”
