I really don't get why people have such a problem with sega giving visual effects to sonic. like they've ALWAYS did that, why is it such a big "problem" now?

i really wish sega would put more emphasis on sonic's precognitive abilities, it's such a cool addition to his skill set yet it's rarely acknowledged

To be honest, I don't understand the notion that Sonic is shy around/bad with girls

For starters, one of Sonic's earliest character profiles states that he's a "ladies man"

Not to mention, Knuckles (who was made to be Sonic's opposite) is the one that's actually described as being shy and bad with girls

sonic meanwhile is the opposite.

So yeah, I don't understand why people keep claiming Sonic is shy with girls when he clearly isn't. He's not ready for a relationship right now, but he has no problem flirting or bantering.

I find it interesting that old official artwork used to depict Sonic as owning a house somewhere (I like to think it's on christmas island), i honestly kinda like the idea that Sonic does own a house, he just rarely stays there lol

I find it funny people usually associate sonic with using the guitar, yet whenever he's in a band he's always depicted as the vocalist

Everyone always talks about wind or electricity these days, me personally I like when sonic is associated with the sun (which can actually also tie into his wind association)

I wish sega would bring back some of sonic's old abilities like his danger sense

I wish sega would bring back super sonic's blue aura from the adventure games, it contrasts well with his golden fur and makes him look like a shooting star

I like how one of sonic's most consistent character traits throughout media is his love of reading

Instead of electricity, Sega should bring back sonic's sun/star motif, it pairs better with his wind motif while also better suiting his character in general IMO

I find it funny how some people think it's out of character for sonic to show more emotion, yet back in 2003 they had him straight up losing it over the death of a robot
