So this is my halloween costume. Basically, it’s a thick layer of clear elmers glue, and while the glue is still wet, you put layers of tissue paper. You let the tissue paper dry, and after its dry, you add more glue to the places the tissue paper isn't stuck to your skin. After that dries, you put BB cream all over the tissue paper and your face. Then, you put some concealer around the tissued area. While that dries, get your fake blood ready and some lipstick and your handy-dandy eyeshadow palette. Put red eyeshadow all over the tissue. Put some purple mixed with red eyeshadow in the ridges of the tissues. Also but the fake blood in the ridges and on top of the tissue paper. You don't want to put THAT much blood. Don't over do it. Add some black gel eyeliner mixed with some blood. I may be doing a video or a step by step type of thing. If you need some help, don't be scared to message me!
