"I thought you would have died off by now"
Amar squints at him while his son hid behind him.
Ayman nearly falls off Amar’s back. “You dick! ” Amar growled and flies away faster.
He just grinned and followed them. They were pretty interesting.
Amar knew he was following them which was bothersome. He grunted before summoning a portal and went through it.
The hunter felt the sudden urge of energy when the portal open. Abel used magic to close the portal behind them before anything else found out about it.
Amar felt the portal forcibly closed behind him. What is he exactly? Amar just went to a different location, trying to keep his distance.
The male sighed in relief when he felt no other pulses of energy. He eventually returned home.
Amar found an unused shack for him and his son to rest in for a bit.
Thankfully for them int was out of Abel’s reach. The bad part was that the shack was not abandoned. It was a gathering shack for humans to sacrifice in.
Amar could sense something off about it and put a magical lock on the shack door before taking a nap there. He couldn’t stay in this place for too long.
There was blood on the walls in the back part of the shed from the sacrifices. Various symbols lined the walls of the shed. There was a knock on the door in the middle of the night.
Amar was still awake, he was making sure Ayman would rest. He held his son close, reluctant to open the door. He remained quiet.
There were a few whispers after the knock before another knock. Once there was no response, sounds of a knife breaking down the door were heard
The magical lock reacted to the knife chopping at the door and blew the others some feet away from the door. Amar grabbed his son and broke through the back of the shack and escaped.
There was a loud scream from the blow.
