Pestilence is into hardcore BDSM.
HERE’S WHY:
AND THEN THERE’S THIS PART:
The most logical conclusion to draw here is that Pestilence is a hardcore and kinky daddy.

Character Inconsistency/Plot Hole?
In the season finale for S4, Ruby revealed that Sam actually broke the last seal by killing Lilith, and her exact words were, “And it is written that the first demon shall be the last seal.” Also, in On The Head of A Pin, Alastair tells Dean he broke the first seal; “And it is written that the first seal shall be broken when a righteous man sheds blood in hell. As he breaks, so shall it break.” Both of these quotes imply that they are WRITTEN down somewhere. We all know Sam is the guy who researches everything he can about the current case he's focused on before plunging headfirst into it (as would Bobby). It stands to reason that once he heard about the seals, he would have done as much research as he could on them. Therefore, he would have known about the seals beforehand and wouldn't have accidentally broken them. The only explanation for this is that the boys didn't see the seals as their problem to take care of, and so didn't research them. This season, the boys were mostly focused on killing Lilith, and really only dealt with seals when they happened to run across them or when the angels asked for their help. Another explanation is that the seals COULDN’T be researched, because it was information that was written in something or written somewhere that only angels or demons had access to.
