Well, he already had streetpass enabled when we battled, and he doesn't like global link, any other way to get his secret base in my game?

If you regularly see each other, you can always try scanning it directly from his 3DS by viewing the QR Code in the 3DS Camera app. If not and the PSS still isn’t working then using the Global Link is the only way, sorry about that!

EDIT: Have you made sure your sure your BuzzNav functionality is working too? If either one of yours isn't on then you won't be able to get each others bases so that might be it as well.

how do you choose what charecter model you will show up as in your friends base?

You can select it from the PSS, its the same model that shows you're online to your friends!

my friend and i have had this problem since she made her secret base, okasy so in my game her base is in the starting tree you get and it's completely empty but in her game its somewhere else and fully furnished. also in her game my base doesn't show up. but she's my "base friend" and when i battle her, her pokemon are about level 20-sum but again in her game they are all about level 50-sum. do you know how to fix this? (we have traded and battled normally since this)

Have you gotten her base from a QR-code or from streetpass? If it was from a QR-Code, then it hasnt changed because the QR Code Bases don't update, try deleting that base and then getting her from wifi/streetpass, it should register her new base instead of the old one!

Do you know how I can get my friend's secret base in my game? We tried using the PSS, but that never seems to work whenever we battle, and he can't share his QR code cause he doesn't have camera and he can't import a pic of it to his computer

Does he have streetpass enabled? That might be why you couldn't get it through the PSS, you can enable it through the BuzzNav. Also another way for you to get his code is if he has a Pokemon Global Link account and Game Syncs, his code should show up on his profile, there's a guide on how to do that here.

now that i have people in my base nad i got flags from them one time can i get more flags from them each day or just that once

You can get more flags from them, but only if you streetpass/wifi them again and theyve collected flags since then. The way I used was, if they were random passerbys I would delete them after the bonus flags, and if they were registered 3DS friends I would keep them since they automically pass by if they're online at the same time.

Do you know if getting a new secret base resets your team settings (flags, secret pals, team messages, base decorations, etc)?

You secret base will reset in that all of your decorations will be put back into the pc, they'll still be available in your inventory for you to decorate with, and everything else will remain the same!

sorry if it's been asked before!! I waited a few days before changing the qr code base in my game, and didn't collect today's flag from the previous base, but I can't seem to collect the flag or item from the current base..

Hello! What happened is tha  all QR code bases must be visited first, and then at midnight you can collect the flag, if you collected the previous base's flag or not doesn't factor into it. I hope this helps!

Hello there I found a base of a guy who sad he had the shiny weather trio in your blog but there is only a poothyena lvl5 there. That's really annoying. Could you check the base for us, followers, and give us a feedback?

I just checked the base and it does have the shiny weather trio in it. Are you sure you fought the right trainer in it, I believe Poochyena is one of the possible grunt trainer pokemon. I’m adding pictures for proof that the legendaries are there along with which trainer has them.

The secret bases come in all kinds of shapes so its kind of hard to determine what you think is the largest space since it could be spread apart. You can see all of the different shapes of bases here!

Hi! I just started using Secret Bases on ORAS, and I need some help. As you know, Secret Bases of other players can appear in the game if you pass them by. But here's my question: How do you get that spot for yourself? Like, if I wanted to make a Secret Base there, how could I do it? Thank you.

What does the level release do

When activated, it allows you to face the secret base trainer's pokemon at their actual level! Normally their levels are reset to Level 50, but with the Level Release you can bypass that.

I'm SOOO glad i found this site! How can i get a base that's taken? I finally found base i wanted, to find that it's been taken! I am so upset! What can i do? Am i able to have the base? Thanks

If you can reach their PC, you can delete their base and then make it yours! If you can't reach it, make sure to remember what their name is, then go to your PC and delete their base from there!

Aw man, I can't have Hoopa in my base? Damn! And I got some of the QR codes from the Global Link website. The site even said one team had Palkia, Dialga and Giratina, but I ended up fighting Sharpedo and some other non-legendary Pokémon instead. And when Global Link says there's a Rayquaza, there's just one less Pokémon in the team.

I'm not really sure what could be causing this then, if anyone has any info on this feel free to let me know! Also I'm assuming that you'll be able to have Hoopa on your team once it's released internationally, which should be soon since it was already announced.

Hello, I've noticed that when battling people who claim they have certain legendaries--so far it's been Rayquaza, Palkia, Dialga and Giratina--that the Pokémon in question don't show up and there are only two in my opponent's party. I tried, for example, the post here in which the user said he had shinies of the weather trio. I could battle Kyogre and Groudon, but there was no Rayquaza. Has anybody else had this problem? Any ideas as to what is causing it?

I know that when you use unreleased pokemon in your bases(Hoopa and Volcanion right now) it just blanks them out and makes your team have one less member, but I don't believe that should happen with regular legendaries. One way to make sure of your team is to check on the Global Link since it displays the set team in your base, so if you're in doubt of what your team ended up being be sure to check there!

Also please remember to read the submission guidelines before submitting your codes, this blog will only accept QR Codes saved from the 3DS directly or taken from the Global Link website, not pictures of the code taken with a camera! Any codes submitted that are taken with a camera will be deleted.
