Otto Octavius was mainly known as Doc Ock, a villain of Spider-Man. He committed many heinous acts and was overall your general villain.

This changed when his body began to wither and decay. He lured Spider-Man into a trap and wound up switching their minds. At the end of this fiasco, their minds were not switched back, and Peter Parker essentially perished in Octavius's body.

However, the former villain did not emerge from this situation unphased. He vowed to become a better Spider-Man than his predecessor and through a combination of using the supplies of his civilian alter egos job and blackmailing then-mayor Jonah Jameson, he created a militia and a highly-modified spider suit.

He also began a relationship with a woman named Anna Maria Marconi, a woman with dwarfism who worked for the same company he was working for. Their relationship blossomed (and was far healthier than almost anything Peter has ever had one)

This is where this blog begins to diverge. Many events transpire that eventually end with Otto giving control back to the re-emerging Peter Parker Consciousness. I will only be pulling from SOME of them.
