i’m meeting with my therapist tomorrow and i literally do not want to at all

it’ll be our first meeting and like honestly i’m pretty positive there is so much wrong with me but i do not want to face it at all i don’t want to know what’s wrong w me bye i’m literally only going because i promised someone close to me that i would go i hate this

so i got recommended to a therapist and like idk how i feel about it

like i told the person i’d be willing to meet with a therapist and that they could give them my name and number but still

i’ve never met with a therapist before and i just feel kinda down that this is something i have to do. there’s nothing wrong with meeting with a therapist but i always kind of thought i took care of myself just fine and apparently i don’t and i’m just sad
