Destiny Without Taken King Review

First off I mention that I dont have Taken King because if you dont have it you dont have half the fucking game Seriously half of the games content requiers that fucking dlc, do NOT buy it without taken king ------------------------------------------------------------ When I first started playing Destiny I had the same impression as everyone else Its pretty, it plays great, but the story is shit and the quests are repetitve and boring I only played team deathmatch and the idea of doing the story made me cringe but eventually I said fuck it and decided to give it a go, this time with a team Destiny is Left 4 Dead- Dont play it alone Suddenly the game was amazing because instead of being bored by the queats I was having fun burning through them with my teams. This is why the quests are shit because youre not really suppose to pay attention to what youre doing just have fun with your teams Think of Destiny as Left 4 Dead and youll see why people love this shit I loved it, I was addicted and for a while it was all I cared about, Destiny is really fun if you approach it from the mindset of Left 4 Dead or zombies in Call of Duty, the story is just the setting for the awesome co-op. Now I noticed that most reviewers bitched about the grind for legendaries and exotics and I thought that was stupid and I was glad I didnt care about that shit Than I beat the story and I got my first legendary gun Than I realized i didnt care about any of the weopans I was getting in loot drops because they werent legendary So how do you get legendaries? Thats when it happened. I knew at this moment I would either continue not caring about exotics and legendaries or the game would now be forever ruined for me But the thing is once you hit lvl cap than getting legendaries and exotics is the only thing to keep you playing and thus the game was ruined forever Fuckin grind deathmatch and dungeons for hours and hours and hours for the hope of getting a legendary or exotic and get fucking NOTHING The game became a choir, it became me doing shit i didnt want to do for days in hopes of getting one of these weopans eventually i stopped having fun, and I wasnt playing because I wanted to i was playing because xur spawns on friday at 4am and leaves on sunday 4am and i need strange coins to buy a fucking exotic so i have to grind crucible all fucking weekend- You get the point The game stopped becoming and before I quit it was painful i was hust tired of doing the same shit over and ovet because I felt forced to and it eas in first person so i need to play REmake just to clense my palet but than Id go right back to destiny cuz its has great gameplay and its just nice to get new cool gear Destiny is fun, its great to make a awesome looking character, put some awesome gear on them and test it in deathmatch or a dungeon But once you hit lvl cap their grinding for that gear is the only thing their is to do Exotics and Legendaries are Destinys end game and it fucking sucks It turbs the game into a chore instead of just a fun game to play with friends The game started to hurt, it was physically painful to play before I quit But the reason Im giving this game a good score is because Destiny offers a unique experience that can be amazing if you think of it as Left 4 Dead Its not a mmorpg or the next halo, its open world left 4 dead but with new weopans and gear to get and for the most part I loved it a lot So if you want a game where you can make a cool characrer, get cool new weopans and armor and than do a dungeon with friends Destiny is a good time to be had Its pretty, it plays better than most games and the co-op/deathmatch is amazing But still this game has so many issues: FUCK IT 9/10 "FUCK IT"

So I just remembered something.

I saw a photo of the JTHM trade paperback just recently and noticed the rusty, red splotches in the Z? logo. That’s blood, you see? MY ACTUAL BLOOD. It was a thing I vaguely recall advertising way back when this was a new book and EVERY cover for every popular comic HAD to have blood in it. It was hardcore as fuck because it was like putting a bit of myself into this thing I was doing, like the creation of this book was a violent act of creation, right, a troubled, painful birth!

So here’s what I just remembered: While working on the cover, I got a nosebleed as a result of using too much nasal decongestant spray and decided to just use it on the cover.
