hello! thank you again for putting together this survey ❤️ did the shop provide a timeline for the changes?
we didn't receive a timeline for changes but were told that hopefully customers will see a marked improvement across the board in 2026. we also know that some measures were already underway and some are in the process of being implemented.
update:
we received an email back from IRL letting us know they still haven't had time to review our work but they intend to and will be in touch when they have an update.

hiiii! i just found out about this acc and i think it's really neat that you're dedicated to documenting the dnp shop experience, even though i've been a phannie for the longest time this last year i've gotten the chance to buy some of their merch and just knowing that irlmerch has always had these issues is somewhat reassuring? is this a europe/uk thing or is it just the management of their shop that's causing all of this trouble? specially with shipping,,〒▽〒 thank you so much for the work you're doing!!!
hello! thank you for the kind words.
we had consumers express different issues from all four shops; while certain issues seem to affect specific regional shops, there's definitely been issues of some kind at all of them.
in terms of shipping, we do know that the last few drops have had shipping delays, some of which are out of their control (ex: the current EU delay because of the calendars held at customs in the Netherlands, as stated here).
due to the fact that we only had a limited number of responses total & not a huge variety by location, it's difficult to take any of our findings and make definitive claims about problems facing only one regional shop as our sample size is too small, but feel free to take a peek at our visual summary we have publicized showing the highlights of our findings!

for sake of transparency, we wanted to share that we haven't received a response since our initial email over 2 weeks ago (nov. 5th) so we forwarded our results to the company again today.
we have now received a reply! they plan to review our work in january 2026, after their busy period is over so they can review everything thoroughly.

i want to say, the dnp shop doesnt ship to brazil! their shop says it does, but when you try to pay it tells you it cannot ship to your adress. if you get a lot of latam fans who never bought merch first hnd, thats why.

Good survey but why is there an Antarctica option?
for the sake of transparency i did make it for the sake of being thorough and including all continents but if there was a scientist phannie who could speak to being there that intrigued me and i would definitely want to hear from them! (also on the back end it's a good survey to double check information on without risking accidentally messing up the format of the survey lol)

Is this survey relevant if you've never bought merch from dnp?
there are qualifier questions at the start of the survey to ensure if it isn't relevant to you, you'll be sent to the end of the survey! one of the first few asks about purchasing or owning any official merch, as you can still speak about merchandise quality, shop communications, etc. there's also response fields that include N/A options for particular questions that don't apply to you.
tldr: if you're unsure if you qualify for the survey, the first 2 questions will weed you out if this isn't for you!
