Update: IRL has officially reviewed our work! Here's a statement from our survey team:
Welcome to the (unofficial) danandphilshop survey!
(our linktree)
we're a team of 12 phannies who have brainstormed, designed, written & tested a survey about the comprehensive phannie merch experience! we plan to analyze the results of this survey & bring some issues to the attention of IRL Merch in the hopes that some improvements can be made!
at our linktree, you'll find links to surveys split up by region for data processing reasons, so make sure you fill out the correct continent form.
this survey will be open from now through monday, august 25th.
if you have any questions or concerns, please contact via [email protected]
update:
we received an email back from IRL letting us know they still haven't had time to review our work but they intend to and will be in touch when they have an update.
less than one week remaining for survey responses! the more the merrier! keep sharing our project to phannies far and wide! https://linktr.ee/survey.daps
we have already had over 150 phannies complete our merch survey in the first two days which is amazing! thank you so much to those who have! if you haven't, please check out our linktree for more info & links to your regional surveys.
also please boost us! there are so so many phannies who we want to hear from that will give important & valued feedback that we'll be providing to irl merch, but we can't hear from them if they don't know about us! send our linktree in group chats or to friends, rb our pinned post, make your own post & share to your followers, share in discords, etc! the survey will be open through monday august 25th & we want to make sure everyone can set aside enough time to complete it. thank you!!
LAST DAY!
Less than 24 hours remaining to fill out our phannie merch survey! Your responses will be so valuable in identifying & presenting IRL Merch's failures and successes to them in hopes that they will be able to improve across the board.
Please keep spreading the word! The survey will be open until midnight PST, so even if it is past August 25th in an earlier timezone, you may still have time to complete!
hiiii! i just found out about this acc and i think it's really neat that you're dedicated to documenting the dnp shop experience, even though i've been a phannie for the longest time this last year i've gotten the chance to buy some of their merch and just knowing that irlmerch has always had these issues is somewhat reassuring? is this a europe/uk thing or is it just the management of their shop that's causing all of this trouble? specially with shipping,,〒▽〒 thank you so much for the work you're doing!!!
hello! thank you for the kind words.
we had consumers express different issues from all four shops; while certain issues seem to affect specific regional shops, there's definitely been issues of some kind at all of them.
in terms of shipping, we do know that the last few drops have had shipping delays, some of which are out of their control (ex: the current EU delay because of the calendars held at customs in the Netherlands, as stated here).
due to the fact that we only had a limited number of responses total & not a huge variety by location, it's difficult to take any of our findings and make definitive claims about problems facing only one regional shop as our sample size is too small, but feel free to take a peek at our visual summary we have publicized showing the highlights of our findings!
