It took months working with a designer to reconstruct this 6x god head Saxon motif for the back of this heavy duty cotton shirt.
The design was taken from a damaged saucer-brooch found in a Saxon grave in Fairford in the Cotswolds, England. This may represent the many aspects of the god, Woden. The front of the shirt also bears a small zoomorphic triskele over the heart - a similar triskele was found in Fairford but this design is based on one from Sweden.
