According to the teaser trailer, Chica is intact. However, the other teasers all agree that Foxy seems to be dead.

Fred nodded at him, sighing. “It’s shutting down tomorrow. There’s nothing that can be done about it either. What about you? How did it happen here?”
He looked over at the other, “Also don’t worry. Might as well tell people so it doesn’t get forgotten in like, five years. I would hate to get forgotten. I’m honestly afraid about tomorrow, they’re going to scrap us and we can’t stop the humans either.”
♫♪ Jr. pauses- and decides to tell him. "Well... Here, it was Mangle who did it. She got sick of the kids breaking her apart, and she lashed out at the first one she saw. Kid's Cove has been closed ever since- and the place is shutting down by the end of the year."
He fidgeted a bit, averting his gaze. "Well... you and the others can hide out here in the back, maybe? I don't know what they plan to do with us- I think once the place shuts down we'll just stay out of business and wither away like the originals did..."
Oh, if only he knew.
