My sister sent me the picture on the left first. I was so overjoyed I squealed. My heart was so happy. Then she sent me the one on the left, then I cried. I stopped crying. Then I cried again. Stop crying & I am currently crying again. I cried for so many different reasons. The first reason because I miss Ehron so much & this reminded me of him. The second reason I cried, was because there were so many emotions filling my sister in that very moment. So many overwhelming emotions, but she still thought of me. In that stressful, but wonderful moment she thought of me. I am always so amazed by how kind & patient she always is. The third reason I cried, was because I indeed always feel entirely too much. I feel like every single emotion a human body can feel, I am feeling all of them at the same time 100% of the time. I know that's not true, but it feels so true. And the fourth reason I cried, was because I felt as if this was a perfect way to open up about myself. I have struggled with depression & anxiety for a majority of my life and I was in denial about it for a majority of my life. I never really talked about it up until this last two years. Well, late January I decided that it was time to finally talk about it. I have now been seeing a therapist for the past four months. It has been awful and wonderful all at the same time. Your mental health isn't a joke & it's not something to mess around with. I deserve to be okay, Abraham deserve a mom who is okay, and you deserve to be okay. Don't ignore these demons, because they defeat you. Take control, it's okay to not be okay. ❤️

Ham & I are well loved by so many friends! Their visit was far too short, we can't wait for them to come back. @melisssahhh
