he likes it when i cut myself, he calls it pretty. i hate the way my scars look some days, they ruin my otherwise smooth skin.

i wish id chosen just one place to cut. but instead i have scars everywhere, ankles, shins, knees, thighs, underwear line, outside of my wrists, inside of my wrists, upper arms, chest, stomach.. they aren’t pretty either, not lined up evenly… ugly and sporadic. i could have been beautiful but ive ruined my body.
