“Yeah, today has actually been pretty crazy. I’m good though, I grabbed something to eat not too long ago so don’t worry about it.” He said with a nod. “You’ve seen the goons I deal with on a daily basis, I can handle some teenagers.” He laughed lightly. As they descended the stairs, he put his cop face on and approached them. “Which one of you called 911?” He asked and they all refused to answer. He began to lecture them on false 911 calls, which gladly seemed to work as they were silent.Â
"If you change your mind, feel free to help yourself." She laughed, shaking her head. "I was the same actually. Until the first time I was in a room full of teenage boys. It was a doozy." She watched as none of them came forward, a large part of his lecture was spent with her sitting on the arm of the sofa and squeezing the bridge of her nose. During his lecture, the kids listened intently. "Momma.." She looked up seeing Cody step forward and she felt her stomach drop. "I called 911. I'm really sorry." She sighed, shaking her head. "I taught you better than that. I work with him, Cody. I've taught you to never call 911 unless there's an emergency. Pretty sure Mr. Ross here would rather be doing an important call helping someone." She held her hand out and he groaned walking over to her and placing his phone in her hand. "Do not ask when you're getting it back."
