She nods, she did have a point there " That is true, I think it was just a day for chocolates and things like that. What shall we do for today?" She asked looking around the crowded streets. She tried to think of specials, either with food or cafe did for this holiday. Then she remembered a local fair going on near by " HEY! Why dont we go to the fair? We can get our face painted, go on ride, eat junk food?" she offered.

Walking along the halls, she could hear the numerous whispers. Nate, the schools heart throb, got into a physical fight with 2 seniors. She believed this to be a lie, Because she knew who those seniors were. Why would he fight them? Especially when he would be out numbered. Pabo-yah she whispered to herself as closer and closer she got to the school office. 

She could not help it, her downward eyes lifted up only to wish she didn’t. There he was, bruised and bloodied from the fight. The emotions over came her, hurt, anger, but most of all guilt. Slamming the door open she went into the room and without looking anywhere else stomped her way up to him. Stoping right in front of his seated position she felt anger begin to over come her " YAH!!! Why wou- why di- ARE YOU CRAZY? or Just stupid? Why would you pick a fight with two seniors?" She yelled more than asked. 

Nate looked up to her, his expression sober and tired from the energy spent, wasted. He shrugs, which only adds to her annoyance of his presence " They were talking about you, what did you expect me to do?" 

Talking about her? TALKING ABOUT HER! ” Aiish, Everyone talks about me. You think i care what think? Just because someone thinks it, does not make it real. Just because someone says it!…does not mean its true” She said her voice turning soft realizing that he did indeed do this for her, and that they were not the only ones in the room. 

Nate shook his head, probably tired of her strong will and pride. " Yeah well, Maybe I CARE! ever thought about that? Maybe i did not want these jerks to talk bad about my friend!" He countered, instantly deflating any puff of anger inside of her. 

Turning away, she stomped out just where she came from fuming until she left the room and his sight. How does he think he is? Can she not handle her own battles? Her annoyance slowly turned into guilt. He considers them friends, and she just yelled at him for standing up for her..Maybe she should apologies..

She has new to this whole friendship thing..

        She has been waiting for almost 2 hours, where could he be? He said he would give her a tour, and help her with her studies in exchange for food. She looked around and saw that it was beginning to snow. Reaching out to touch the softness of falling ice she hoped he was okay and that nothing happened on his way here. 

      It was then that she heard it. The running footsteps and heavy breathing which signified he was here. Turning to him she let her eyes travel along his disheveled appearance before giving a small bow. Hearing his nice words she lets out a soft laugh " Thank you, Is that your way of making up for being late?" She asked teasingly hoping that it did not come off as cynical. She had found that her own cold demeanor clung to her like a bad habit. She acted the same way towards everyone and found herself not only annoyed at her own personality but quite lonely as a result.
