My job genuinely irritates me but I don’t know if I’m in the wrong or not.
I applied for my job in the middle of June and I got an interview in the beginning of July and started working in the middle.
I’ve been there two weeks and the people are very kind, my age, and chatty but the management is genuinely bad. They won’t let anyone make schedule changes and generally yell and scream at you when you call out or inform them in any way that you will be unavailable those days.
For example. I had to call out of work on Tuesday because of personal issues. I did this at the appropriate time and was yelled at over text. Then I immediately let them know that I would not be available on the 21st, 27th, 29th, 30th or 31st. My schedule changed so I would not be working those days.
Days later during a day that I was working a co-worker reminded me that I need to put in my new availability hours because school is starting back up and they need to know my schedule by the 31st. I submitted my new schedule and it was immediately denied so I texted asking for clarification and she said “you weren’t hired with this availability.” No shit that’s why I’m trying to change it. I then explained that I was told to do this by a manager and that I was also told that this job has flexible hours.
She then proceeded to schedule me on days that she knows I’m not available. I think this was on purpose. Mind you she’s like 43 and I’m a teen. Genuinely what did I do to you. I hate Freddy’s so much.
All this for minimum wage. Guys pls respond to this post I need advice and to know if I have the right to be a little upset.

OKAY BEFORE U ALL TRY TO KILL ME PLEASE I THINK IT WOULD BE KINDA HOT IN A WEIRD WAY TO LIKE. lowkey be his lil devoted fan that ended up being his sweet lil girlfriend that ended up having healing properties in ur milk bc he got waaaay too obsessed with drinking your milk when he found out you could lactate, sometimes spending hours locked away in his room when he was supposed to be doing something else....and maybe MAYBE he genuinely started to believe the only way to recover from long days, to have more energy, was by drinking your milk, talking about how millions would fight for a taste, how people would pay so fucking much just to get a drop he. accidentally makes it true.
