Types of INFJs

1. The Mystic

This INFJ loves all things mysterious and unexplainable, they’re relatively calm and reserved people who feel at one with the universe and immediately put the people in their presence at ease. They love being in nature and probably own a few plants themselves that they take care of very diligently. They know a lot about esoteric schools of thought, Astrology, Mythology, different religions and so on. They rely heavily on their dominant function and have an overall psychic/zen vibe. Quintessential INFJ.

2. The Activist

This is the INFJ that cares deeply for social issues, politics and human rights. They are very involved in their society and do what they can to better it. They hold strong opinions on the issues they’re concerned about and will stand up for the cause whenever needed. They tend to be high achievers and they generally have larger groups of friends/acquaintances than the other subtypes. May mistype as ENFJ or INTJ.

3. The Scholar

The nerdy INFJ, stays up all night doing research on whatever subject they’re currently infatuated with. They generally tend to have a knack for literature, art, languages, psychology, philosophy, creative writing etc but can often be interested in the sciences as well. They’re usually capable of holding a conversation on any intellectual topic, even if it is outside their main interests. This is the most introverted INFJ, may mistype as INTJ or INTP.

4. The Lover

This INFJ is the most relationship-oriented of the four, they seek to create a perfect, spiritual union with another person who will be the one and only love of their life. They may sometimes end up being codependent but at their best they make wonderful partners. In general they are very good at picking up on chemistry between themselves and other people and know exactly what approach to take in attracting each individual. May mistype as ENFJ.
