There's a rumor being spread that people are going to try and send gore (including child gore) (yes, like pictures of dead + mutilated bodies) into people's ask boxes before new years. /info

However, to debunk this:

- You cannot send an image anonymously. They would have to use their main accounts, which would, of course, get banned within minutes.

- We have seen this rumor + similar ones attempt to circulate before. (It never happened, also the post barely spread. We saw it like twice and that was it.) In fact, the screenshot was similar to the one with this one (in the post where this originated), which brings us to our next point——

- All of the 'evidence' behind this could be easily faked, as the only 'evidence' we saw was a discord screenshot, which we swear was the same one we saw before.

- if somebody put child gore into somebody's inbox, they would be reported to the police for having child gore.

- It's the same few people spreading this.
