i’m here to pass time, to share little pieces of my thoughts, to meet new people, make friends and to feel the presence of people who are a little like me.

things i love: writing poetry & stories, drawing sm, reading books & articles about anything that catches my interest, black and white movies, doing absolutely nothing in summer, fashion, horror movies, crime documentaries and anything mysterious. i’ve loved it all since i was a little girl.

music i adore: lana del rey, pink floyd (has my heart), amy winehouse, guns n roses… i'll listen to anything that sounds good to my ears but in general i love rock, jazz and finding shellac records around the internet.

my favorite books: the bell jar, wuthering heights, madonna in a fur coat, frankenstein, carmilla, psycho…

I support everyone’s opinions and beliefs but for an example, I just really hate when someone goes thru a surgery, everything turns out right & people thank god for that instead of the surgeon who just spent the last 8 hours doing that trying to not mess anything up..

I’m not talking about the basic phrase of “thank god, etc, etc”. No, I’m talking about people who are serious with that specific phrase.

As an atheist, I just think people are thanking the wrong people. What if the surgery went wrong? Would it be gods fault or the surgeons?

I mean no disrespect or anything towards anyone who is religious, but I think it’s a bit silly.

i agree with you 100%. people are so quick to thank god instead of the people actually doing the work.

your doctor, the vet, even your doctor’s teacher!! everyone who puts into the help of others. it’s always “thank god” never “thank YOU”.
