Polite, least in my time, that is.” She shrugged, playing with her fingers as he looked up at the boy. “Alice. It’s a pleasure. So you’ve said. Maybe could teach me how to live, since you seem to be an expert.”

Cooking had never been a strong point of Peter’s. In fact he was down right terrible at it, but that had never stopped him before. Besides, he was going to be the only one eating it. A pizza couldn’t be too complicated, now could it? You just put it in the oven and let it do it’s job.

“Toilet bowl? Is that all you got?” That definitely wasn’t the worst thing he’d ever been dared to do. Scooping a handful he drank a small bit of the water. “You’re up. Truth or dare?”
