A: You have to find your own lane, and this goes for EVERYTHING. It's exhausting work but it's rather necessary. I can't work for people as an employee, so I don't. I cant deal with shallow people, so I don't. I cant love a person that refuses to understand me, so l don't. The list goes

I saw you mention you are not a huge fan of stocks, and wanted to know what are other forms of investing are you more interested in? (real estate, forex, etc).

Always real estate, foreign exchange, box trucks, wine/liquor, ATMs/vending machines, gold, vintage cars (or cars in general if you want to rent them out), art, and so on.

A: Just invest in REITs, turnkey opportunities (if you're comfortable with the cons that come with it), tax liens dependent on the area & owners, or become an agent. Plenty of ways to get a piece of the pie.

Mfs came up with a software, Clearview AI which law enforcement is currently demoing to locate and identify anyone on the street. I’d honestly wipe any social presence that is not glossed with anonymity. This app could potentially reveal your name, address and other details not only is this a problem with p*lice but also any creapo on the street if this software becomes publicly available. I saw that article this morning. Good PSA. I would suggest buying or renting any of your places out with an LLC to help prevent it.
