Being seen and heard is an important component in friendships and relationships. I’m almost 40 and I now get how important it is.

Every now and again. My soul begins to cry out for advisement. The need for a shift towards or renewal of purpose. My soul is cracked open. Currently. Asking.....Why? What? When? How?....and then I’m also reminded my spirit has succumb to desire to wander. To self gratify. This is where grace lives. Mercy. Unmerited. Aware now. I need realignment.

There are moments when you want to cry out. Then there are moment when you don’t have the energy. But you hope someone will hear the silence. And just dig a little deeper past the quick “I’m ok”...shift of focus “how r u”

....you never know what ppl are going through. And sometimes the people you thought would care...don’t care enough to dig.

Love is such a powerful emotion and action word. Actually in the Bible love is the greatest of all the commands (1Corinthians13:13) and the answer to most things (1Peter4:8). But lately my intent has been to love ppl to life. If my time comes to an end tomorrow...my goal is for everyone who is my life to know that I loved them with my core and that they know what they meant to me. So that will never be in question. Sometimes people want to know there is someone who loves them especially. I know I am one of them. And if no one ever shows me. It’s ok. I don’t want to hold on to love. I think it was created to be given. Given daily. To everyone. Even the ppl who are not deserving or those difficult to love. Love is such a blessing. 💝 I’m not 💯 % but I try to love like I’m not guaranteed tomorrow. I try. I really try.

Change

We like to think we got it all figured out. But then life happens and kinda shows us what’s really real. Well…sometimes that’s the best thing that can happen to us. For life to learn us. Life is a gift and every lesson, a moment to increase potential and greatness. So instead of getting overwhelmed and dramatic, get excited! (Not about the drama or mess) Get excited that the realer life gets and the more you learn and evolve the greater you become and the closer you are to your best life. 💕

Politics...takes the authenticity and genuine care out of everything. Work, church, community events. Always a photo op or hidden agenda. I get it. But the more I think about it, it annoys me. But unfortunately you gotta take things for what they are and still try to stay genuine, humble, honest, and not get played for a fool.
