I just can’t believe someone would go so out of their way to be vindictive in this way towards me all because I wrote about my horrible, shitty roommate on my tumblr.

This extra sucks because it is 100% someone who is friends with me on Facebook or Instagram and knows my roommate’s name. So at some point I trusted you enough for that.

I have to start a new tumblr because one of you sent my former roommate my tumblr name?? Seriously what the fuck is wrong with you?

I’ve been waiting for a lyft for 30 minutes now. I’ve had to cancel one already and now this one is headed in the opposite direction than where she should be to be pick me up. Whyyyyyy

ah fuck. they offered VTO but I wasn’t paying attention so I submitted about 2 min after the email went out. I don’t think I’ll get approved, once again. blehhhhh I wanna leave early!!

I want to leave early today but they probably aren’t offering VTO today. I’m always glad when I end up staying the day because more hours = more money obvi, but god it’s sooo nice outside today and I have a case of the Fridays, since today is my Friday! I really hope it’s nice out the next two days! maybe I can get some vitamin d up in this bitch.

Architecture Students Reimagine Harry Potter

Students of a 12 day course at the Melbourne School of Design were not sorted into houses, but they were assigned Gringotts Bank, Grimmauld Place, the Shrieking Shack and other fan favorites in the Harry Potter universe. their Harry Potter architecture models were laser cut from cardboard (ten house points), hand-modeled (forty house points), constructed in very little time (fifty points), and remind us of the truest magic of all (teamwork).

Students at the Melbourne School of Design had very few spells to work with in order to cast these gorgeously film-accurate 3D models. Students were given 1.0 mm and 0.6 mm boxboard to create their models from. They used trace paper — for windows and diffused lights — and LED lights and motors connected to Arduinos.

they offered VTO at work today and I input 3.5 hours so I could leave at 3:30, but they only released 30 hours and it went super fast, so I’m like 3rd in line if they release more hours.. the queues have been super low all day and I have no idea why they won’t just bump it up to 50 hours. LET ME LEAVE

my upstairs neighbor got a violation on her lease because of the ash situation. at first I felt kind of bad, but she literally dropped cigarette ash on my head and arms on Friday so I stopped feeling bad after that. not to be dramatic, but cigarette ash is disgusting and I shouldn’t have to walk through a waterfall of her ashes every time I walk into my apartment. she is outside smoking CONSTANTLY. use your fucking ashtray! or buy a bucket and fill it with sand! why is that so hard?? I really don’t get it. the least that she can do as a smoker is to not make my life objectively worse with her habit.
