Regressor! Felix and CG! Robbie fic idea:
Felix has a little frog plushie and drops it at some point. Robbie finds it not knowing it's Felix's and he can't seem to find the person it belongs to so he just opts to keep it in his room for the time being.
Cut to that night. Max and Hazel on the door to Luis and Robbie's dormitory and says they needs Luis' help because Felix lost something and can't find it and is kinda freaking out about it, and Max is thinking it fell behind or under the bed and he needs Luis' help moving it. Robbie decides to tag along just in case. Luis does ask what Felix lost, but Max just says 'something important to him' and Hazel shuts down any further questions since they don't want to out Felix as a regressor to Luis and Robbie.
So they go to Max and Felix's dorm. Felix is kind of slipping into little space but trying really hard to mask it. Robbie notices something is up with Felix but when he asks Felix says he's fine.
Luis lifts up the beds but whatever Felix lost isn't under either of them, which is only making Felix more anxious and upset. Felix ends up running out the room to go look himself before anyone can stop him or tell him to wait till morning. Robbie finally asks for a direct answer on what Felix lost, and Max and Hazel tell them it's a plush frog. Robbie finally connects the dots and reveals he found it earlier, and Hazel urges him to go get it while they all try to find where Felix ran off too.
Robbie gets the frog plushie, and tries to work out where Felix is. It's the middle of the night and Auradon Preps campus is pretty big so it takes a while, but Robbie eventually finds Felix curled in a corner somewhere crying because it's dark and scary and he can't find his froggy and he wants his big sisters and-
Robbie works out what's going on. He quietly sits next to Felix and asks what's wrong. Felix admits that he lost his frog plushie and he thought he'd find it eventually but he didn't and he wasn't able to sleep without it like he thought he could. Robbie reveals the frog plushie and hands it back to Felix. There's a moment of silence, and Robbie is just getting up to go tell Max and Hazel he found Felix when Felix straight up barrels into him and tackle-hugs him and saying thank you over and over again. They both end up on the floor, but Robbie doesn't particularly mind. Felix is okay now. Little, but okay.
