“I thought you already knew that? I mean, it’s pretty obvious from the first time we met,” Diana pointed out, relaxing in his arms. “You didn’t exactly seem to mind it, so I like to think I’m your weakness too,” she added, feeling slightly embarrassed now that things had died down a bit, but she wasn’t blushing too much. “I guess I could stay. I always have a change of clothes with me, given my clumsiness and ability to get stuff on everything I wear. I would like to have more time with you.”
“I knew it, but just hearing you confirm it is alarming.” He teased as he settled his arms to just hold her close. “You are my weakness, but a very good weakness. I think this is the first time in months I will sleep the entire night completely at peace.” Because he had her, and he felt content every part of him for the first time in a long time felt content. “Good, I’d like to wake up to that beautiful face of yours. And maybe if your lucky and I get myself up, I’ll even cook us up a good meal to make sure you start your day off right.”
